The prices include an unlimited number of revisions, special exams and users per client as well as document storage (acceptable use policy, AUP). A support ticket system with a customer support portal is also available.
Special audits according to PS910 / PH 10 (for additional clients) are offered in a package of 5 for CHF 200 (corresponds to CHF 40 per additional client). The following special tests are available:
- Review PS 910
- Formation, post-liberation, ordinary capital increase / within a capital band
- Share issue from conditional capital, conditional capital increase (deletion of provisions)
- Reduction of share capital with release of funds / elimination of a balance sheet deficit
- Liquidation opening balance sheet / interim balance sheet (ordinary audit) / closing balance sheet
- Distribution of assets on dissolution, revaluation in accordance with Art. 725c para. 2 CO
- Transfer of registered office to Switzerland / Transfer of registered office abroad
- Interim financial statements at disposal values (PS-CH 290) / at going concern and disposal values
